Yes. Send a photo or ship us the sample part. We build a solid computer model from it, program it in CAM and cut a replacement to that model. This is how most obsolete and no-longer-supported parts get remade.

Usually, yes. Machine envelope is not the same thing as part capability. We regularly produce parts larger than any single machine on our floor by fixturing and indexing them in stages, and hold accuracy doing it — often for less than a shop that has a machine big enough to do it in one pass and prices it accordingly. Send the print and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Yes. Inconel, Monel and titanium are materials plenty of shops quote high on or decline outright because of tool wear and the speeds and feeds involved. We cut them regularly and quote them as normal work rather than as an exception.

There's no minimum. We run one-off parts and high-volume production on the same machines. A single replacement component is a normal job here, and so is a repeat batch every quarter.

Yes. We're certified to AS9100:D and ISO 9001:2015 for the manufacture of machined parts for the aerospace and defence industries. The same quality management system covers every job in the shop, not just the certified programs.

Inconel, Monel, titanium, hardened steels, stainless steels, aluminum and bronze alloys, plus engineering plastics. We also source secondary treatments — cadmium plating, Alodine coating, hardening, nitriding and anodizing — so the part arrives finished rather than needing another vendor.

Yes. We're registered under Canada's Controlled Goods Program, which means controlled aerospace and defence drawings can be transmitted to us, stored here and machined in our facility. Combined with AS9100:D, that covers most tier-two supplier requirements without you needing a separate vendor for the controlled work.

No. We're based in Prince George and machine for manufacturers across Canada, into the United States and internationally. Freight is part of the quote, not a surprise on the invoice.

That's the work we want. Most of our accounts start with one part and turn into repeat production once the program, fixturing and inspection routine are proven out. Tell us about the wider parts list when you send the first job and we'll quote it as a program rather than a single line item.

Your drawings and models are used to quote and produce your part, nothing else. We'll sign an NDA before you send anything if that's your procurement requirement — just ask in the form.
